In the “Preventive Service” subscription model, our service technicians carry out full system maintenance on your printing systems at regular intervals, consisting of a functional test, replacement of wearing parts, cleaning and care of the device. You will receive an automated service report after each technician call.
Break & Fix
Troubleshooting is our core business. Whether at the point of sale, in production & logistics or in office environments, we will work with you to develop the right service concept. With different service levels, depending on the complexity of the infrastructure, and including an efficient supply of spare parts, we offer different approaches from the classic next-business-day service to 4-hour use, just approach us with your request!
IMAC/RD
With our IMAC services, we set up new workplaces, install the desired IT systems (Install), implement fast and trouble-free relocations of complete IT infrastructures (Move) and take on upgrades and conversions of existing IT environments (Add/Change). We implement every IMAC project in close consultation with you, personalized to your requirements.
