Our modern Service & Repair Center in combined with a 5,000 square meter high-bay warehouse near Frankfurt am Main makes ICS Services the ideal partner for the central repair of various IT components. Whether for example industrial printers, mobile computers, barcode scanners, panel PCs or kiosk systems: We are authorized to carry out repair and RMA processes for various well-known manufacturing brands. Our staff is constantly trained on the systems, further educated and recertified at regular intervals.
Thanks to our storage capacities and an international logistics network, we are also able to carry out device logistics on schedule, throughout Europe and beyond.
Customers benefit from reliable repairs with short turnaround times and a permanent contact person for all repair services. ou too can reduce your administrative effort to a minimum with us, generate cost advantages and benefit from maximum device availability.
Staging
We prepare small or large quantities for our customers. Whether classic PC, laptop, POS system or mobile device, we stage individually and deliver internationally. In connection with other ICS services (e.g. software packaging), you have valuable support, e.g. when replacing old operating systems or the special features of Android-based environments. We would also be happy to support you in defining ideal batch sizes and together optimize your purchasing conditions from manufacturers!
Warehousing & Logistics
The provision of components and fast, worldwide shipping is not a problem for us! With strong global partners and conveniently located near Frankfurt airport, we deliver nationally or internationally at fixed time windows, regardless of whether in large or small quantities. With our experience, we can also help with customs or tax law peculiarities of individual countries or facilitate the import of products, for example, from Asian manufacturers.

Bring-In
When the customer sends in the affected end device, we start with the error diagnosis and repair with parallel documentation. The repaired or replaced end device is sent back to the customer in just a few working days.

SWAP Service
Hardware devices defined by the customer are stored in a pool in the ICS logistics center. As soon as a customer’s device is defective, it is sent to ICS for repair. At the same time, ICS sends an already fully configured replacement device (including an image from the customer) to the customer, so that the device is ready for use upon arrival. The defective device will be repaired and then added to the pool.
*Requirement is a valid manufacturer service contract that covers the repair costs
Sustainable device life cycle
Recycling Service
In cooperation with various manufacturer brands, we offer a free recycling service for IT end devices. As a result, spare parts can often be obtained from old devices, which can then be used for other end devices or device repairs. As an authorized service partner, we guarantee secure and professional data cleansing prior to recycling.
Refurbished Mobile Devices
Depending on the device class and device type, some of our manufacturers offer partners refurbished mobile devices. Old end devices are refurbished and usually brought back to the market with a warranty and manufacturer support. By extending the life cycle, existing materials are reused, raw materials are saved and production-related CO2 emissions are reduced.
